New standards of service offered by the AB Finans Bank

A new bank office opened officially at 22 Sadovo-Karetnaya Street, Building 1, on April. 27.

The AB Finans Bank has introduced new standards of banking service.

“We have decided to open an office where business processes and work with clients will be based on new types of services,” said Leonid Morozovskiy, Vice-President of the Board of the AB Finans Bank, “It resembles some sort of store dealing in financial services, where the individual approach is used for each client; there are no line-ups, and the atmosphere is free and easy – sipping their coffee, our clients can become better acquainted with our new products. The office is located in the city center, which makes it convenient to visit in between business meetings or affairs, resolve all the questions, and move on.”

As stated in the bank, the concept of the new office is based on the simple idea that “the client should not spend more time in the bank office than he actually wishes.” Having called a personal adviser in advance, and knowing that his adviser can set up a meeting with him at any moment, the client arrives at the office to learn about the latest products, receives advice, hands over his documents, and then waits for the personal manager to notify him about approved decisions.

“If we speak about the ideal model that we would like to reach, then we might say that it is a kind of business center, where bank clients can get together, communicate with their partners, exchange experiences, whereas we will strive to create a business-like atmosphere,” explained Leonid Morozovskiy. Office visitors can relax in a café, and enjoy a cup of coffee. Moreover, through Wi-Fi installations, they can freely access the Internet, consult their E-mails, etc. by using iPads provided by the bank.

At the moment, our new office model has been designed for a small number of exclusive clients. In the future, after completing some modifications, the AB Finans Bank plans to make these services available to all the clients of the bank. Our objectives are to outfit the office with all the required self-service devices and arrangements, such as ATMs, terminals, etc., and have banks advisers permanently available for the clients.

The official opening of the new office was attended by Ilia Morozovskiy, Chairman of the Board of the AB Finans Bank, as well as bank shareholders, Fedor Bondarchuk and Eduard Pichugin, who remarked that such club centers should be opened in cities with populations exceeding one million, and the new Moscow office should become an example for other cities to emulate.
